Waybe is a plug-in for SketchUp that converts 3D objects into flat paper that you can print, cut out, and fold into a real-life replica of your object. Combine Waybe with the Google 3D Warehouse, and you could create paper models of entire cities.

You can download a trial version of Waybe for free. The trial expires after 15 days, and the standard version is around $50. It's available for Mac and Windows versions of SketchUp. You do not need to have SketchUp Pro in order to use Waybe.
