Definition: Vocito is the Latin word for "call." It's also the name for an application for Macs that lets you use
GrandCentral to connect two phone numbers from your Mac desktop. (You can't use your GrandCentral number as either of those numbers.) Calling through Vocito can be scheduled on
iCal and may also be scripted in other ways by applications that support AppleScript.
You could use this to automatically connect your phone for a scheduled conference call or automate followup calls with business associates. If you're feeling mischievous, you could probably also use it as an excuse to cut a meeting short with a "very important" phone call.
Vocito is a universal application for both Tiger and Leopard. It's available as a free download at code.google.com/p/vocito.
