Have you made your own home movie? Do you want to share it with the world or email it to your friends and family? Google Video can make it easy, and you can upload your video right from the Google Video web page.

Prerequisite

You must have a video file that you created and that you have the legal right to share. The video may be in AVI, MPEG, QuickTime, Real, or Windows Media format, although MPEG is recommended.

The video should be under 100 MBs in size. If your video is larger, you can still upload it to Google Video, but you'll need to download and install the free Google desktop uploader utility. Videos under 100MBs can be uploaded directly from your web browser.

For more information about creating digital video, visit About Desktop Video.
