Definition: Google Maps allows you to get driving directions and find local businesses and services or to zoom in and out of specific locations. Google Maps uses both satellite imagery and map data, and the interface can be clicked and dragged from within a browser window, similar to Google Earth.

Google Maps data can also be combined with other data sources to create mashup. Google Maps also has versions optimized for mobile devices.

Google Maps is located on the Web at maps.google.com.
