This is important. Scroll down to the bottom of the Formatting page, and click on the Save Settings button. You should get a confirmation message that your changes have been saved.
How to Make a Podcast Feed from Blogger

Scroll down in the Formatting area, and find the Show Title field and Show Link Field choices. Set both of them to Yes.
