Press the home button at the top of your window to go to your new iGoogle page. Google has populated it with many of the most popular Google Gadgets, but you may want to change these around. Click on the "Make it your own" link to get started adding custom Gadgets. You'll probably also want to set a custom theme by using the select theme link.
