Definition: The T-Mobile G1 With Google is a phone introduced in October of 2008. It's the first Android-powered mobile device to hit the market. The phone is manufactured by HTC and sometimes referred to as the Dream phone, since T-Mobile owns the rights to the name G1.
The phone has a touch screen, camera, and slide out keyboard. It uses Edge or 3G networks. It requires a data plan, and it is locked to the T-Mobile network, although Dream phones may later be marketed to other networks by HTC.
