AppleTV uses an effective interface to let you log in with your YouTube account name and password using only the Apple remote. Navigate to the letter or number you choose and then click on the center button to select it.
The password characters are hidden, which is handy to hide your password from friends and family members. However, if you're entering your password by yourself, it can be a little annoying to have the password hidden on such an unfamiliar interface.
