Many companies, like Microsoft , showed touch screens that were in development.
Jazzmutant, however, had two screens which were currently in production and small enough for use by consumers.
One screen they demonstrated was connected to a computer and used as a simple input device. The other screen was part of a modified tablet computer and could be controlled either with a stylus or with fingers. Both screens processed multiple touches at once.
Jazzmutant products are marketed mainly to the music industry, but their technology could easily trickle into other sectors.
