Google Building Maker

Google Building Maker is a Web interface for creating simple 3D buildings which are then uploaded to the Google 3D Warehouse and visible in Google Earth.

Blip

A blip is a single message or piece of communication within a wave or wavelet. Think of a blip as a single tweet on someone's Twitter stream or a single instant message in a chat session.

BuzzBoost

BuzzBoost is a tool for FeedBurner that allows you to display headlines from your feed anywhere that you can copy and paste JavaScript.

Google Blogger in Draft

Blogger in Draft is Blogger's ongoing beta server. You can use it to test new features before they're integrated into the main Blogger server with the understanding that new features may not always work as expected.

Google Blogspot

Blogspot is the domain location for blogs that use Google Blogger. When you create a new blog, the default location is as a sub-domain on the blogspot server, so the URL is your-blog-name.blogspot.com.

Bad Neighborhood

Google sometimes refers to spamming Web sites, which employ tricks to misdirect users, as "bad neighborhoods." Linking to a bad neighborhood will lower your Web site's PageRank.

Base

Google Base is currently in beta. It is a free web service that allows you to submit items that appear in Google search results. Examples of common uses are to submit products that appear in Frugal searches or submit videos to appear in Google Video searches. Google Base can also be used to host some content

Beta

Most companies use “beta” to label software that is not quite ready for commercial release. Often this software has bugs or is missing functionality. Google, on the other hand, labels any product or service as beta when they feel that they may make significant changes to the interface. This means some products may spend years in beta. Google News, for instance, spent four years in beta.

Black Hat Search Engine Optimization

Search engine optimization (SEO) is often divided into ethical and unethical practices. Black hat SEO refers to those practices generally considered to be unethical or cheating.

Blingo

Blingo is a Google powered search engine that gives away prizes for people who use it to search the Web. Blingo prizes include a variety of items from a movie ticket to a new car. Blingo is owned by Publishers Clearing House.

Blog Search

Google Blog Search is a search engine for blogs. Blog Search will search most blogs, not just those powered by Blogger.

Blogger

Blogger is a free service that allows you to create your own customizable blog. Google will also host the blog for you or allow you to publish the blog on your own website.

Book Search

Google Book Search allows you to search for phrases within books in a massive Google database. Depending on the agreement with the publisher, you can view some or even all of the text with the search phrases highlighted. The results window also provides links to purchase the book from various vendors.

Browser Sync

Browser Sync for Firefox is an extension developed by Google for the Firefox web browser. It allows settings, including bookmarks, cookies, and passwords to be synced across multiple computers.

Google Bookmarks

Google Bookmarks is a service which lets you save bookmarks to Web pages along with labels and notes describing the bookmark. This is similar to the service offered at http://del.icio.us.
