Google Fiber Deadline Ahoy

It's down to the wire in Kansas City. The Google Fiber deadline is today, and there are less than three remaining hours for fiberhoods to get enough pre-registrations for the initial installation. Google will use the pre-registrations to determine the order of installation, and neighborhoods that don't have enough pre-registrations will not be in this first wave of the roll-out.

Is it a coincidence that the neighborhood with the most pre-registrations as I'm writing this is the one right across the street from Google's Fiber Space showcase? Probably not.
