Nexus 7

After working with it for a month or so, I can safely say that the Nexus 7 is the most fabulous tablet of that size that I've owned. I won't say of any size, because I do have an iPad. It looks like the Nexus 7 may have competition, though, since Apple is rumored to be releasing an iPad mini sometime this fall.
