Galaxy Nexus Is Back

Sometime this month, Google is going to roll out the Jelly Bean upgrade to Galaxy Nexus phones. One problem. A lower court temporarily banned new sales of the phone pending a patent lawsuit from Apple.

Well, you can get your Galaxy on again, because the phone has been unbanned, at least temporarily. Apple has until Thursday to make their case for keeping the ban in place, so if you were considering a Galaxy Nexus, it might be your last chance to buy one.
