Yahoo! Flirts With Microsoft Again

Yahoo! CEO Jerry Yang suggested Microsoft should buy the company shortly after the Yahoo! advertising deal with Google collapsed.

Microsoft still says they're not interested. Yahoo!'s stock plummeted at the news. Microsoft may figure it's easier to improve their third place standing in search engine market share by allowing second place Yahoo! to collapse than it is to buy them and face regulatory scrutiny.
