More YouTube on Your TV

It's time for 2008 International CES, which means it's time to announce cool new consumer electronics. New Panasonic plasma TVs will stream YouTube videos and display Picasa Web Albums. Expect these new Internet connected HDTVs out sometime in the spring.
Toshihiro Sakamoto, President of Panasonic AVC Networks Company claimed, “This is the first time mainstream consumers will be able to easily enjoy YouTube videos from the living room with the enhanced quality of a fully integrated widescreen TV experience."
Well, I guess that's true if you don't consider anyone owning an AppleTV to be "mainstream." Well, ok, you do have a point there.
