Google Earth Flight Simulator

Saturday September 1, 2007
Here's a fantastic Easter egg for the three day weekend. Marco Gallotta discovered that if you hit the right keys, there's a flight simulator hidden in Google Earth.

The secret key combination is Ctrl + Alt + A for Windows and Command(Apple) + Option + A for Mac. Command + A was what finally worked for me, but that may be because I'm on a laptop.

Once you're in the flight simulator, you'll need to use keyboard controls to get around. After you find the flight simulator the first time, you can go back by using the Tool menu.
