Election Year Google

If you live in the US, election time is right around the corner. Google Earth has added a 2006 US Election guide layer. Simply turn the layer on in Google Earth to see information about voting districts and how to register.

Heck, even President Bush uses Google Earth. In an interview with CNBC, he was asked if he used Google, and he said:

Occasionally. One of the things I've used on the Google is to pull up maps. It's very interesting to see. I've forgot the name of the program. But you get the satellite, and you can, like, I kinda like to look at the ranch. It remind me of where I wanna be sometimes.

Interesting that he probably has access to tons of technology, and he still likes the Google.
