Google Brazil Sued

Google Brazil is being sued to provide personal information about some Orkut users, who may be using the service for criminal activity.
Google contends that the information is hosted on US servers, so subpoena requests must be made in the US. Brazil is not amused. Most of Orkut's 16 million users are from Brazil.
